At Royal MKG Club, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers. We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review the following policy regarding refunds:

Refund Eligibility:

1. Duplicate Payment: If you have inadvertently made a duplicate payment in error, Royal MKG Club will issue a refund upon verification of the duplicate transaction.

2. Inaccuracy in Income Tax or GST Calculation: In the event of any inaccuracies in the calculation of income tax or GST by Royal MKG Club, refunds will be granted provided complete documentation is provided to support the discrepancy. This documentation must clearly demonstrate the error in tax computation compared to other tax preparation methods.

Refund Procedure:

1. Request Deadline: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of payment to be considered eligible.

2. Cancellation of Services: Upon submitting a refund request, your rights to use Royal MKG Club's services, as well as any related warranties or guarantees, will be terminated. Continued use of the product/service after a refund request is considered misuse and may result in cancellation of the refund.

3. Refund Limitations: Refunds are granted as the maximum relief in any circumstance, including but not limited to computation errors, printing errors, filing errors, filing delays, data leakages, security breaches, data losses, or non-availability of service.

4. Written Request: All requests for refund or reversal of transactions must be made in writing, using the same email address provided during registration and which is validated by Royal MKG Club. Refund requests made with incorrect or inappropriate data provided at the time of registration may be declined.

Discretionary Refunds:

In exceptional cases where products/services fail to meet their described features, or there are delays in serviceability due to timing constraints or unforeseen circumstances beyond the customer's control, Royal MKG Club may consider granting a refund. The decision to grant such requests rests solely with the Royal MKG Club team, and customers acknowledge and consent to this discretion upon submitting a refund application.

Refund Verification and Processing Timeline:

Refunds granted will be subject to verification of payment realization and may be subject to deductions for applicable taxes (including income tax or GST) and/or finance charges, if any, associated with the transaction. Following verification, payment will proceed within 30 working days.

Royal MKG Club reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
